Cancellation policy rooms
Cancellation conditions:
- 2 days before arrival = free of charge
- 1 day before arrival = 50% of the first overnight
- on arrival day = 100% of the first overnight
- No show: 100% of the first overnight
- Early check out: one supplementary night
- Late check out: until 03.00 pm 50% and after 03.00 pm 100% of the overnight.
(Cancellations have to be in hotels hands in above mentioned times.)
ATTENTION: The room will be at your disposal on arrival date until 06.00 pm, after this time the hotel can resell the room and you don't have right anymore. (Late arrivals have to be comunicated)

Cancellation policy apartments
Between 1 and 30 nights:
- until 14 days before arrival = cancellation without penalty
- btw. 14 and 7 days before arrival = 30 % of whole stay
- btw. 7 and arrival = 50 % of whole stay
- on not arrival = 50 % of whole stay
Check out before planned date = 100 % of restand stay
From 1 month:
- until 14 days before arrival = 20 % of monthly rate
- btw. 14 and 7 days before arrival = 40 % of monthly rate
- btw. 7 and arrival = 60 % of monthly rate
- on not arrival = 60 % of monthly rate
Check out before planned date = 100 % of restand monthly rate
(Cancellations have to be written by booker and have to be in hotels hands before mentioned dates.)
