On arrival we ask a deposit of 500,00 € in cash (for more than 15 days); 250,00 € i cash (less than 15 days)
and the whole anticipation of the apartment or the month.
The apartment is strictly personal. If more persons will stay in, it is precondition to tell at the reception. If guests don't follow those rules, the direction can request to leave the apartment within 2 days and additional charge will be added on bill.
The kitchen edge is at own competence and has to be cleaned before departure. (Eventually clenaing 50,00 €).
The rubbish is to decontaminate in the appropriate containers 200 m in both directions. (If not done 50,00 €).
On property damage we will charge the purchase price and eventually working time.
Apartments will be normally cleaned on friday.
On departure apartments will be checked on defects (10-20 min).
On departure we also put a final cleaning of 50,00 € on the bill.
